When can a purchase be returned?
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
By getting in contact with us within 7 days from the date of delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund of your purchase price and any taxes charged on the item in question. Please note that any shipping costs for purchases are NOT refundable.
By getting in contact with us between 8-30 days of the delivery date, your return will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis. We do not guarantee you will be eligible for a refund once it's been past 7 days of no contact from the date of delivery regarding your return.
What can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached.
Non-returnable items include:
- Shipping Costs
- Personalized orders
- Customized/special orders
- Gift cards
- Items with obvious signs of use or damage
- Clothing that has been tried on or the package is opened
- Items with signs of being taken out of its packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Starting a return:
You must receive a Return Authorization prior to sending your return to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call or text 646-389-5826 as soon as possible stating what you would like to return, and for what reason, accompanied by your Order Number to request a Return Authorization. All orders are shipped with a Packing Slip or Gift Receipt. Please save this, as it can simplify the return process for you.
Completing your return:
Once you receive your Return Authorization approval please include your Packing Slip or Gift Receipt, or a printout of your Confirmation Email along with your returned item. Item must be sent back in the same condition it was received, in original packaging with tags still on (if applicable).
Shipping Your Return:
To return your product, please package it safely in it's original shipping box or envelope (or a safe box or padded envelope of your own), along with your Packing Slip or Gift Receipt, or a printout of your Email Confirmation of this order. Please remove any former shipping labels from the original shipping box or envelope, to ensure that your shipping service doesn't get confused of which label is the correct one when being delivered back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with Tracking available, and/or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns getting lost or damaged during shipment when being sent back to us.
Receiving your refund:
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I received a Gift. Can I return it?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return as soon as the returned item is authorized for a return.
