When can a purchase be returned/exchanged?

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• Items returned within 7 days from the date you received your order are eligible for a full refund of original purchase price and any taxes charged, or an exchange/webcredit.

• Returned items received by Itsallagift.com between 8-30 days of the purchase date will be issued an exchange or website credit.

• Please note you must receive return authorization prior to sending your return to us. Please email us at Itsallagiftshop@gmail.com as soon as possible stating what you would like to return, and for what reason accompanied by a receipt/order number to receive your authorization approval.

Which items can be returned/exchanged?

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused unworn undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still on.

• All Items purchased at the Its All A Gift website are considered separate from our Its All A Gift store and cannot be returned to our Ave M location.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items include:

* Personalized orders

* Customized/special orders

* Sale or promotional items

* Seasonal items

* Gift cards

* Items with obvious signs of use

* clothing that has been tried on or package opened

* item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date

* Shipping charges

Completing your return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After receiving return authorization approval, please include receipt/order number along with your returned item. Item must be sent back in the same condition it was received in original packaging with tags still on (if applicable).

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• especially on higher value items, please consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Receiving your refund/credit
Refunds: (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, It should process completely within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

• If your item arrives defective or damaged send us a picture of it with your request and upon approval we will replace it for you if you want to exchange it for the same item, or we will give you a website credit of the same value.


• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return as soon as the returned item is received within 30 days from purchase date.
